Scope of Services
Our plan for the Brackendale Montessori website redesign includes a comprehensive approach to re-creating your existing online presence. We will re-purpose your current content, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into a fresh, modern layout. We can also integrate in new content and images where necessary. WHAT'S INCLUDED: ================ WEBSITE REDESIGN: Creating a new, user-friendly layout that enhances navigation and user experience. A mobile first design that also works great on all devices and platforms. CONTENT INTEGRATION: Re-purposing and optimising existing and new content to fit the new design. IMAGE MANAGEMENT: Utilising current images in innovative ways to complement the redesigned interface. Images with subtle and professional animations and optimised to load FAST on all devices. USER INTERFACE DESIGN: Developing an intuitive and visually appealing interface that aligns with the Montessori principles and engages your target audience. PARENT PORTAL: An area where parents can securely login to fill out forms, download documents and other material related to their child's education. You will be able to add, remove and edit materials from the portal on your own. REGISTRATION: An easy to use and edit registration form that can be used for your standard programs as well as your summer programs. ONLINE SHOPPING: A user friendly system directly integrated into the site to allow online shopping. Payments can be made either online or cash pickup. UNLIMITED REVISIONS: If you are not happy with a certain aspect of the site, simply let us know and we will change it at no extra cost. TRAINING: We will show you how you can easily update the existing content yourself if you choose to.
Timeline
Assuming we have all the content and materials we need to proceed with the design and development the site can be completed in about 2 weeks. The breakdown is below. WEEK 1: Day 1-2: Project Initiation and Planning Initial meeting with the client to discuss goals, requirements, and expectations Review of existing website content and images Update the existing project plan and timeline Day 3-4: Design Concept and Approval Creation of initial design mockups and layout concepts Presentation of design concepts to the client for feedback and approval Day 5-7: Content and Image Integration Re-purposing and optimising new & existing content to fit the new design. Optimisation of all content for all devices. WEEK 2: Day 8-10: Development and Testing Implementation of the approved design into a working prototype Testing of the website for functionality, usability, speed and responsiveness Day 11-12: Client Review and Revisions Presentation of the working prototype to the client for review Incorporation of client feedback and making necessary revisions Day 13-14: Final Testing and Launch Preparation Final round of testing to ensure everything is working perfectly Preparation for website launch, including SEO optimisation and final checks Launch of the redesigned website and final client approval Training: We can setup either in person or through a call to train you on updating the content yourself.
